Cake Decorating Level 1
Accredited course Level 1.
Covering a cake with fondant. Simple figure modelling, e.g Teddy Bear - Girl/Boy. Colouring pastes and use of edible glitters. Finishing touches, covering boards and edging.
The course costs £50 (payable in installments if required) plus a weekly charge for materials (usually between £1.50 - £2.00).
