Valley Tai Chi Club
We are a not-for-profit community group practising and teaching Tai Chi. Tai Chi is generally performed for health reasons as it is medically recognised as a good exercise for promoting strength, flexibility and mobility. As well, its fun! Many people have seen Tai Chi on TV but for most that is their only experience. We welcome visitors and people who would like to see if it is for them We teach one of the world's three main Tai Chi styles in addition to doing Chi Gung exercises to raise internal energy. Our main instructor has twenty years teaching experience and has received instruction from world-class teachers. Tai Chi can't be effectively learned from books or DVD's , so if you're interested please come along to a class and try it out.
